This is a brilliant way to kick-start your Core Muscles into action whilst strengthening your tummy, buttocks and thighs as well as improving your posture. You can come twice a week for Super-intensive results or weekly for good results. You will need to have a Physio Initial Consultation first to address or rule out any issues that might be a problem and to enable us to provide you with a tailor-made program for where your body is right now.
